We decided to introduce a new concept of residential containers and space utilization, as well as a combination of smaller spaces, cost-efficiency, and luxury, to all people of all economic backgrounds and age groups.
To prove that the quality of living in our lives is one of the most important aspects of our existence.
We bring this concept primarily to young people, as well as older generations, for the enjoyment of comfort, peace of mind, and luxury in their own time.
The shipping container is made of a special material that is highly resistant to wear and rust.
Built to withstand both harsh weather conditions and physical stress associated with transport and handling. It features an exceptionally strong structure and stability of material, as well as the protective paint itself.
Two coats of paint are used: the factory coat and a coat applied specifically for each customer.
Long-lasting vinyl-based paints are used.
Depending on the equipment, residential containers are manufactured within 30 to 45 days. Each container comes with a drawing for constructing the foundation (footings), which the customer must prepare in advance on-site in agreement with the manufacturer.
A connection for water, electricity (industrial socket/plug), and sewage Ø110 must also be available.
By agreement with the manufacturer, the container can be delivered to the address using a vehicle equipped with a hydraulic crane, or the client can arrange transport independently.
Container prices are always FCA manufacturer parity.
There are three production concepts for shipping residential containers, as follows:
Suitable for use in private properties, as an addition to tourist facilities, easily portable, with a modern design that easily fits into smaller and narrower spaces thanks to its dimensions and rectangular shape. We produce this pool model in two sizes: 6 and 12 m.

Also known as yakisugi, shou sugi ban is an ancient Japanese technique consisting of charring cedar boards, sanding the charred results with sandpaper and wire brushes, and then sealing the charred surface with natural oils such as pure tung oil.
