We decided to bring a new concept of living containers and space utilization closer to all people, regardless of their economic status or age, combining smaller spaces, cost-efficiency, and luxury.
To show that the quality of living is one of the most important aspects of our lifespan.
Above all, we are bringing this concept closer to both young and older people so they can enjoy the comfort, peace of mind, and luxury of their own time.
A shipping container, also known as a “shipping container”, is made of a special material highly resistant to wear and rust.
Built to withstand both weather conditions and physical activities related to transport and handling, featuring an extremely sturdy structure, material durability, and protective paint.
Two layers of paint are used: a factory coat and a custom coat applied according to the specific customer’s request.
Long-lasting vinyl-based paints are used.
Living containers are manufactured in 30 to 45 days, depending on the equipment. Each container comes with a foundation (footing) layout plan that the customer must prepare in advance on-site in agreement with the manufacturer.
There must also be water supply, electricity connections (plug-in), and Ø110 sewage connections.
By agreement with the manufacturer, the container can be delivered to the address using a crane, or the investor can organize this independently.
Container prices are always on an EXW manufacturer parity basis.

Also known as yakisugi, shou sugi ban is an ancient Japanese technique consisting of charring cedar boards, sanding the charred results with sandpaper and wire brushes, and then sealing the charred surface with natural oils such as pure tung oil.
